Each construction modifies the landscape and determines new balances. Construction activity and the production of construction materials consume resources and interact with the environment. Building responsibly means looking at the complexity of the system differently, in an effort to minimize negative impacts and favor circumstances favorable to life. This system produces added value and induces a development of market activities.
The architect’s action is not limited to the professional sphere, but constitutes a bridge for the development of contemporary society. Today, the careful management of resources, which are increasingly less available, and the use of non-polluting materials is an obligation towards ourselves and future generations.
To limit air, water and soil pollution we must place eco-sustainable and biocompatible construction at the center of the building process.
