Natural Hydraulic Lime, obtained by slow-firing layers of silica-rich marl (clay) limestone in traditional kilns below   1100°C to achieve a porous and reactive lime.

The production process, completely traditional, does not include the addition of any foreign material that modifies the natural composition of the original natural marlstones .The absence of clinker derivatives by products and the high free-lime content guarantee gradual setting with a continuous increase in mechanical resistance during the months following laying.
