Healing plaster of pure lime and natural pozzolana for manual and mechanical application
Plaster for the recovery of wet masonry, pre-repackaged in powder, mineral, breathable, eco-sustainable and bio-compatible, composed of pure aerial lime, micronized natural pozzolana, selected calcareous-siliceous aggregates in continuous particle size curve.
Absolutely free of any form of clinker and salts that can trigger adverse reaction like Ettringite and Thaumasite formation. When the dough is solidified, it does not contain any trace of free lime.
The binder contained in this mortar, is a hydraulic lime obtained by cold mixing of aerial top-quality slaked lime, obtained from calcination, at low temperature (about 850-900°C), of pure limestone and micronized natural pozzolana of different specific surface and energy. The particular binder, called Calce Pozzolanica Pantheon – Calchèra San Giorgio, gives the dough excellent adhesion to the support, considerable elasticity (low elastic modulus), very high breathability, high resistance to alkaline aggressions, mould and bacteria formation. Free from substances harmful to health and environment. Recyclable as an inert material at the end of its life.
