Traditional slaked lime decorative finish

Smooth finish with decorative effect, ready to use, eco-sustainable and bio-compatible, composed of pure fat slaked lime of completely extinguished oily lime with high calcium hydrate content, marble powders and additives to improve the rheological function.

The binder contained in this mortar, is a high quality pure aerial lime (complies with EN 459-1), obtained by calcination, at low temperature (850-900°C approximately), of pure limestones, rigorously selected, which gives the mixture very high breathability and high resistance to mould and bacteria formation. Free from materials harmful to health and environment. Recyclable as an inherent material at the end of its life.

Fields of application

Traditional finish particularly suitable in interventions where the use of a natural, hygroscopic, breathable material compatible with the materials used in the past is required. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Suitable for interventions where you want to give the surfaces the traditional satin finish, silky to the touch, with natural shading, both worked in combination with other products in particular with Grassello a Rasare – Calchèra San Giorgio. Specific for recovery interventions, conservative and monumental restoration, in total compatibility with the original materials used in past, thanks to its formulation with historical raw materials. Particularly suitable in environmentally-friendly buildings to ensure hygroscopicity and health to environments.
