Tonachino Cocciopesto

Pre-packaged finishing plaster in powder, mineral, breathable, eco-sustainable and bio-compatible, composed of pure aerial lime, micronized natural pozzolana, cocciopesto, made of crushed bricks baked at low temperature and selected calcareous-siliceous aggregates in continuous particle size curve. Absolutely free of any form of clinker.

The binder contained in this mortar is a hydraulic lime obtained by cold mixing of aerial top-quality slaked lime, obtained from calcination, at low temperature (about 850-900°C), of pure limestone and micronized natural pozzolana of different specific surface and energy. The particular binder, called Calce Pozzolanica Pantheon – Calchèra San Giorgio, gives the dough excellent adhesion to the support, considerable elasticity (low elastic modulus), very high breathability, high resistance to alkaline aggressions, mould and bacteria formation. Free from substances harmful to health and environment. Recyclable as an inert material at the end of its life
