Advantages and application
Venetian marmorino is a particular type of finish,
widely used (the name also says so) in Venice, which is characterized
for its smooth and shiny surface.
It is considered a high quality finish, due to its
its complicated execution and the use of high-quality materials.
And the term marmorino derives from its final effect, however
which is very similar to a marble slab cladding.
Finally, its processing occurs through overlapping
of various layers of mortar, which is formed from lime putty and sand
carbonate of selected grain size.

Application
The application of marmorino is defined as “alla
Venetian”, which requires the application of several coats (at least 3) to obtain,
in the end, an effect of transparency and reflection.
However, such a result will be achieved only if the old paints
will have been completely removed, to ensure that the wall to be treated has
a perfect fit.
